At myG International, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return of products within seven (7) days from the date of collection or home delivery. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

For marketplace products, please refer to the section “Return and Exchange Policy – Marketplace.”
Returns are accepted if the product is sealed/packed or has a manufacturing defect upon opening. No returns are accepted if the product is opened and in good working condition.
The product must be in the same condition as when received (unopened, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and brand seals).
For IT and Telecom products, no returns are allowed if the product has already been activated.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for online purchases if the item remains unopened.
For opened items, returns are allowed but a restocking fee will apply.
Customers who request unopened units must sign an acknowledgment releasing myG International from further claims.
The product must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
Product must be unused and unopened with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, bundled products, and vouchers.
If the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged/scratched.
For customized/special-order products, cut cables/wires, apparel, personal care, and hygiene products.
If the online activation code is scratched or redeemed.
If the device has an activation/password lock such as Find My iPhone (FMIP), Find My Mobile (FMM), or Find My Device (FMD).
If VAT has been refunded against the invoice.
If packaging is opened and the product is not defective, a restocking fee applies:
Apple products: Minimum 25% or as applicable.
Other brands: Minimum 15% or as applicable.
For major/medium home appliances and large panels, restocking fees apply based on authorized service partner review.
Return/exchange is based on the authorized service center’s investigation report and approval.
Handling charges apply for returns within 7 days after supplier delivery acceptance.
Products that are DOA or non-functional as per the manual will be exchanged or returned after verification by myG International or the authorized service center.
This process may take up to four business days.
myG International is not responsible for transferring or recovering data from returned products.
Refunds for credit/debit card purchases will be returned to the same card.
Refunds for gift card/loyalty point purchases will be provided via myG International gift card.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days post return.
Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once acknowledged.
Customers must inspect items before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Damaged items reported post-signing are ineligible for returns/warranty.
Returnable if the product is returned within the manufacturer’s warranty. Final decision rests with store management.

Products must be sealed/unopened.
Opened fragrances, cosmetics, apparel, personal care, hygiene, and activation cards are non-returnable.
Consumables/fresh food must be returned within 24 hours. Non-consumables within seven days.
DOA products will be exchanged after seller verification (up to 7 business days).
Items must be inspected before POD signature. Post-signature issues are ineligible for return/warranty.
Standard return/exchange/warranty does not apply. Defective items must be returned within 7 days post-verification.
Open box/display units come with 6-month warranty.
Warranty void if tampered/opened/damaged.
Abuse of return policy (excessive returns, cancellations, or items not in original condition) may result in warnings, restrictions, or account termination by myG International.
